Building sustainable fitness into your everyday lifestyle

If your idea of being fit is having a toned body, achieved through a frantic bout of exercise just in time for summer, then perhaps =Results isn’t the right place for you.

But if you’re interested in building and (most importantly) maintaining the kind of everyday fitness that adds more stamina, vitality and resilience to your life, then we are exactly the right place for you.

We’re on a bit of a mission at the moment to talk straight about fitness. Truth is, the only kind that counts is sustainable fitness, life-long fitness, a state you maintain as part of your regular lifestyle. Looking better is a welcome side-effect being fit but it shouldn’t be the prime goal.

That’s why each =Results studio is set up to serve a local neighbourhood, with most clients able to walk to their sessions. That’s why we introduced 30 minute sessions, which don’t take a huge chunk out of your day, unlike a typical visit to a busy gym.
